Admission and Assessment

Client Profile will manage data which includes client personal information, and medical information, including diagnoses, ICD-10 Codes and allergies. We have integrated all the admission forms into electronic forms. Client assessments includes the unique concerns of Nursing, Activities, Dietary and Social Service. Notifications for quarterly assessments keep the staff compliant for their assessments.


Nursing and Care Plan

By utilizing the twenty one care plans, , nursing and other disciplines will have the resources needed to quickly and simply develop the most comprehensive and individualized care plan for the client. MyAdultayCare Care Plans assist the nursing staff in developing an individualized and client centered care plan for each client.. Each care plan provides multiple options and choices for developing problem statements, interventions and goals.

MyAdultDayCare makes it easy for Activity Professionals to schedule activities, field trips and create Activity Calendars. The software even has tracking for gifts/prizes.

MyAdultDayCare supports safe, efficient, and effective medication use, continuity of care, and provide access to the client-care services of pharmacists with other members of the interdisciplinary client care team and to assure the pharmacist’s role of providing client-care services. Emergency Data Form

The Emergency Data form (EDF) is a special form where a user can view the data about an individual client that would prove to be useful in emergency situations. Data is automatically extracted from an approved Individual Data form and shown in a read-only view.

It automatically disables once it is clicked and becomes active after any information that is shown in the EDF is changed. EDFs can be printed out or exported to PDF format for viewing on a computer when disconnected from the Internet. The EDF’s usage also extends to temporary staff who need to get an overview of the individual..
